Problem with the security question

Hello,

I want to add payment details but I have a problem with my security question and it doesn't allow me to access the payment details section.

Can you please reset it?

  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We will need to verify your account first.

   my dear, firstly, add a security question then you will get the full power to access adding a payment method.

  Hello Debu,
  I already tried it but it doesn’t work. I also, tried to change the question.
  After saving the changes, I go to check the payment section but it keep ask me the same question and doesnt accept my answer. When I return to the questions section in settings, it shows as if I didn’t change anything!!
