application got Rejected 3rd time

Hi Peopleperhour,

I submitted my profile only once. After 1 day got a mail that it's been rejected without any specific reason. After 12 hours when I opened my profile and make changes in my portfolio the go to PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I submitted only once then why it's showing its rejected 3 times. Also I can't resubmit it.

Please help.
