Id card and Payment Verification Issues

Hey!! I am new in here. I was openned my account with  my name but not according to my Nation Id Name. Now when I was submitted my National Id Card and also Payment Method but that has rejected for different name issues. Then I was going to change my profile and try to change the profile name but now it is not possible to change profile name. Now what i can do? Please help me!! I really want to help the Community for this situation.

  Hi, I am having the same issue... my middle name was not included in my profile and dey have been rejecting my documents because of that one name  missing in my profile. Have yours been rectify?
