  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We will need to verify your account first.

  Hi Kristal,
  
  I have raised two grievances with reference to the link https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new regarding the problem of accessing the payment section as I forgot the answer to security question.

  But, I have not received any help from the support team yet.
