Not been paid all week. Very little response from CS except to "escalate" and then disappear.

What's going on PPH?

This is so demoralising, never knowing when we are going to be paid and making it impossible to plan finances.

I'm behind on rent and have been messaging CS all week, with only a single reply saying the case would be escalated?

  Same issue being over 48 hours that had some withdrawals to my balance and no payments from my side!!!
