Application got rejected for the third time

Good Day!

 

Everytime I open the PEOPLE PER HOUR website its notifies me that my application got rejected for the third time, contact customer support.

How can I fix this?

  Dear Sir / Madam,

   

  I am a new member of PeoplePerHour. I am good at converting, printing and copying words. And I can still work in Photoshop. I found out a few years ago individually. But I have no certificate of completion of the course. I have experience in government agencies. I can translate the work book into English with the approval of a notary and send it to the support service. All my profile details added with care to all requirements. But my application is rejected three times. Please help me in this relationship.
