Minimum Invoice Payment £6

Freelancer has offer to resize 18 Logo Images for £6 but I haven't received all images and will only receive images, as my business signs up more Vendors.

How can I purchase this offer? and avoid the Freelancer being penalised

Freelancer confirmed:

Based on complexity, It will be £6 per logo resizing job for 1 to 18 logo images because I am not allowed to raise an invoice of less than £6 per job.

After accepting my proposal of £6 you will have a maximum of 24 hours to provide up to 18 images for work. It is not possible to send images 1 by 1 or it will count as late delivery and affect my ranking
