FAQs for Buyers posting jobs

I often see job posts with literally one or two sentences describing jobs and asking for proposals. Some even having the gall to say "no time wasters".

How is it possible that we don't have FAQs or a super basic guide/infographic to help buyers give more detailed or substantial job postings?

I mean I would LOVE to collaborate with anyone who would be interested in creating a simple guide PPH gives as a link to first time buyers.

Maybe like:

Before hitting 'submit' or posting that job, do you have the following?

- deadline

- defined budget

- scope of work (how many files/pieces/hours etc do you need submitted)

- list of deliverables

etc etc.

It would save so much time and attract better Buyers and allow sellers to get quality work!
