At First Email Received from PeoplePerHour My Application Accepted and after some time I received email from PeoplePerHour that my application was not accepted.

I am new on people per hour. I have submitted my application on 9 Jun 2021 but as I submitted the email received that your Profile is accepted. (Image attached).

After some time again email received that "Your application at PeoplePerHour was not accepted. (Image attached).

I have also add payment mehtod. (Image attached).

Please rectify my issue on application.
