Refund dispute issue not solve

Hello,

I am a seller . Before Awarded me I conformed my client about my work in details. But some technical reason of him he wanted to refund . It was not my fault. He raise a refund and I made a dispute of it . Every day he waste my time through chat and discuss me for new idea about his work. But didn't give me any work for closing the job. It's a pain for me to give him extra time. But 7 working days already gone I don't get any feedback from PPH for solution of my dispute. what can I do now ?
