Unclear application response

I have received 2 separate Email from PoeplePerHour team one mail was stating that my profile have been accepted whereas the other email was indicating that my application was not accepted.

And while filling the details i faced issues in changing the location to NEW DELHI,IN it was automatically kept changing to London.
