Hi People per hour help center

Thanks for giving me opportunity in our platform. I noticed that when I submit proposal, the platform required me to deposite a certain amount of money. May I know if no response from client or failed the proposal, How can this a amount of money can be withdraw? When can be withdraw this amount of money? Dose all of proposal need deposite a certain amount of money?

If the question is asking buyers to deposit fund in advance, Which button I should click or which place need input?

May I get your support on this?

  Is it possible to switch off the pretection message if no need deposit fund from seller side?
