$60 for withdrawal fee?

I placed a withdrawal request on Monday to my Bank in Nigeria.
I received a mail that same day that the money has been processed.
The deducted processing fee was 29.99 as expected.
Today, I received notification from my bank but the amount was $30 short of what you sent.
In total this mean I now paid $60 for processing fee!!!
I need to know what happened as I never experienced this before.
This is obviously some form of error as it used to be $29.99 from your end and that is it.
When did we start paying $60?!
