Extremely frustrated of late withdrawals in PPH
This is my 13th day mark, which I have been waiting for two of my withdrawals for - This is really disappointing. When contacted via live chat, they just share the blog post which explains about the late withdrawal requests! What all I want to know that if this is going to be a long term issue? or will this get resolved sooner?!
If this is a long term issue, everyone will get suffered! :( Please give me an answer kindly!

I'd saved up a whole month's money in case I needed to pay a freelancer quickly - tried to withdraw it on 24th - still waiting, now cannot pay any bills. PPH will not give any indication as to when payments will be transferred. As a Top Cert who has been using PPH for ten years, I am angry and worried.

I am in the same boat. It's terrible...it's been like this for my last 5 or 6 payments from a regular client on the platform. The client always pays immediately and then PPH hold on to the funds for a week or more. This time it's been 9 days. They cannot be allowed to get away with this. I can't pay my bills! I started a ticket and Dimitra messaged me back....then nothing. Days pass and she won't respond to my messages. I am worried PPH are going bankrupt or something.

PPH Admin needs to come out clean and let we the freelancers know once and for all when we should expect to get paid.
It needs to be automated like Upwork and Fiverr.
If we are going to wait for 7 or 14 days, they (PPH) should let us know. At least with that, the uncertainty of when we will be paid will be cleared.
It's better for the withdrawal day to be extended and definite than for a shorter withdrawal time frame which is uncertain.
