Hello, I need a help

I've withdrawn my money from PPH (40 USD) on 15 June. I've already received a withdrawn email from PPH, where they're saying they will process the request with the next 48 hours. It's already been 6 days. But I haven't received the money on my payoneer account yet.What Can I do?

Please help me to receive my money. Waiting for your response.
