Why my account is still not approved ?

My account is not accepted yet, can PeoplePerHour website tell me why

It's been 2 weeks, I created an account on the PeoplePerHour website, but I still haven't got the approval.
PeoplePerHour's website tells me the reason so that it can be improved.
