I have provided my details correctly. Then PPH team said there some mistake regarding my Name and location. But there's nothing to change in my application. Then Why did they reject me without any valid reason?

  I have provided my details correctly. But I received a mail as my application was rejected please guide me to correct my application and give me a valid reason.
