Add fee flatrate option for buyers

The high 10% service fee on top of agreed amount currently puts me off using Peopleperhour more often. Other platforms offer the option of paying a monthly flatrate fee ($20), then waive the service fee. Are you thinking of adding this option for frequent buyers?
