Ive decided to delete my account. Its unacceptable that there is no customer service at all...! No phone # anywhere on thei site. No Live chat, and the submit a request button doesnt do anything...!!!

How are you guys in business? 

You need a human presence on this site. How can one trust a pay for hire service...?
