Rebate in workstream ???

Regret the ' submit a request ' above button does not work . Have emailed twice and waited for over a month for a project not done. Have requested rebate and waited 24 hrs and pressed the refund option last week and still no response. I am thinking a better service might be gained with a different company. Badger.
