ID documents rejected

My ID documents were rejected because they are in my married name, while my account is in my maiden name, which is the name I use professionally.  Please could somebody help?

  use the exact name as in the documents you are submitting

  Thank you but my entire professional career is in my maiden name and all of my documents are in my married name.  Please can this be resolved without having to use my married name on here?
