You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved.

  Hi all,

  actually this is not a bug, but it is the intended functionality.

  Your application should have been approved before you are able to send a proposal for a project. This is our process for making sure that all freelancers have the necessary skills for offering their services through our platform.

  I rescue a mail from peopleperhour the mail was your account was approved but I login the website to get a work saw like you can't ask a clarification question since your freelancer application is not approved you will fix it please
