client not paid for completed work

 Work has been completed and sent to client, invoice has been raised but client still has not paid. I want to raise a dispute.

  I am also experiencing this problem. Money has been deposited in escrow and I've completed the work. I sent it to the client back in June and I have chased  multiple times but I am now not getting any response. I would also like PPH to intervene.
