Skills not showing

Hello,

 

I'm trying to complete the online application for PPH but I can't get past the skills part. In the Select Your Skills page, under your Top Skills, it doesn't recognise any of the skills I'm putting in, though some are very standard such as 'Editing'... and it does not offer any alternatives to select from. I need to get to show Editing and Proofreading, and can see that others freelancers are displaying these, however these aren't showing up and this is unfortunately stopping me from completing my application.
