Application rejected

Hi,

I submitted my profile only once. On next day when I opened my profile on PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I have submitted only once then why it's showing that it is rejected 3 times. Pls help me to resolve the issue so I can start my work.

  Same happened to me as well.submitted only once but shows rejected 3 times.Also not sure why got rejected .No details were given the reason for which my application got rejected
