Does anyone understand the Time to Withdraw in PPH?

Does anybody get this ? The 48 Hours plus the 24?
And every time you make a withdraw you always have to contact the help center because it takes much longer? 
I really dont understand why, every time there is issue.

Looks like bots are running the company.

  You don't have to contact the help centre.  Who told you that?  Just request withdrawal.  The new blog on Home Page explains the payment times.
