Paid but cannot withdraw funds.

I have been paid by a client but it says I cannot withdraw the funds and can only use within PPH.
"From £XXX in your PPH Account you can withdraw only £0. The rest cannot be withdrawn but you can still use them for your transactions through PPH site. "

  you can with draw them after clearance time

  Yeah PPH has just released funds I've had in my escrow for >2 weeks as the client is a late payer so I've now got money in my PPH account that I can't withdraw, presumably awaiting 'clearing' (aka earning interest for PPH). Presumably no 'clearing checks' were carried out for the 2 weeks PPH had the money in 'escrow'...getting very cynical now about PPH
