Unable to choose Withdrawal Accounts

I have successfully added PPH as funding source in my payoneer account. Now when i try to raise the invoice and add payoneer account i receive this message "This Payoneer account belongs to another user."

What cause this and how would you clear this issue?

  Whwn i choose other currency whole process end with this message "ERRORThe withdrawal account you have provided is already in use by another user."

  I can see this is common issue so would you solve this?

  And how long it take for your support to answer question?

  I tried to choose withdrawal account save on my account but this option is not available. can you sort this out please.

  Since you didn't answer to my question here is update.
  Now when i try add payment account i recieve this message "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application. To log in to your account please click here." 
  When i log in nothing happened.
