By the time the potential client will get such a message most likely the problem will not exist anymore ...

Couldn't the process be improved, please? It really feels like trying to cross from West Berlin to East Berlin during the Cold War ...

  A freelancer is working on a project of mine.  I posted the project and invited the freelancer.  Cannot get the proposal box appear with the accept button.  What is going on?  The proposal is "under moderation."  What do I do about the working freelancer?

  proposal under moderation ? , if your guy has any active Hourlie (offer) ask him to adjust the price to your project, and buy one Hourlie.offer, just as a temporary solution
