I have attempted a payment withdrawal into my bank account but have noticed today that it was reversed and you charged me £2.00 for the reversal. However I received no email notification of this.
Please provide further explanation of the error. I had re-requested the withdrawal before I had noted that this was an error so I would appreciate it if you would immediately cancel my latest withdrawal request so that I do not incur any further fees, and I will use paypal instead.
