Problems with withdrawal request

Hello !!!

Today,21/09/2018 , i have submitted 2 withdrawls requests to my paypal account without any problem , but when i tried to make the 3rd withdrawl request, i got an error message saying that i nedded to send documents information. I cant understand it since i send all requested informations months ago and they were approved.

Please help me.
