Open "Read more on PPH Fees" link in a new window

Hello,

This is a real issue,

Today I have made a proposal line by line, word by word, I have seen the "Read more on PPH Fees" and clicked on it just to see what it will do, but it refreshed the page so I have lost my proposal paragraph :(

Not just one time, in fact I had this issue two times today, and because I'm writing a custom proposal for each project it makes me really angry :D

Please this issue is very very simple to be fixed, maybe the developer just forgot to add a  target="_blank" to the link. Please do it for us :)
