Can you tell me if the funds will go back to my card and will I recieve my buyer fee back? The freelancer wasn't able to meet the quality and communication standards in order to complete the project. I don't think it's right that you keep my buyer fee when the project hasn't even begun and we have reached an agreement for the freelancer to refund me. Can you please tell me if the money will also he refunded to my original form of payment? Because I can currently see my navigation say " freelancer has approved your refund request and it is now with PPH Customer Support to authorise the release of the funds back to your PPH User Account. This process can take up to 3 working days." I don't want the funds to go to my account, I don't intend to use people per hour for this project due to my experience with this freelancer. Can someone please clarify my points. Thank you in advance.
