Due to a very late payment of a client of mine, you sent me an email stating that you had released the Escrow. Then an email arrived claiming that the client had also paid the new invoice created by PPH.

"Because this invoice is now significantly overdue we have automatically released the £150.00 that was in the Escrow account to your PPH User Account as part-payment for this invoice."

Despite that, I had only received 150 pounds from the buyer and no Escrow had been released as you claimed. 

Please can you take care of this ASAP as the amount of money is 150 pounds?
