HOW TO CREATE NEW PAYMENT ACCOUNT WITHOUT LAST NAME

Hello Team,

I am facing some problem to create Payment Bank Account.

I have open my bank account with First Name only there is no last name.

When i try to create Payment Account in PPH then required First Name and Last Name. But i have no Last Name in my any Document and Bank Account.

Please Let me know how to create PPH Payment Account with only First Name.

Please give me some solution as soon as possible.
