CREDIT CARD NOT ACEPTED

I was paying the entry fee for the freelancer who will perform my project. The value was 150 dollars. When I clicked to pay a message appeared saying that I did not have enough funds, but the card operator charged me and it is in my credit card system that the amount was paid.
