NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW FUNDS - PLEASE HELP

Hi, I am not able to withdraw funds from my account. I have a link to the screen shot i get whenever i try to withdraw funds https://ibb.co/jG3L1L However i have got a mail that my Payoneer withdrawal account has been approved.

Can anyone please tell me what is the issue ? And how to resolve it.
