Invoice wasn't approved
Hi, I have received mail from PPH
" PPH ADMIN - We would like to inform you that both your PPH accounts remain unverified. Therefore we are unable to release this invoice payment to the Seller. Both users are kindly asked to login to their PPH account and follow this link in order to provide the proper documents to have their account .
I have already submitted .
My question ,If buyer not verify his account , can I not received my money .I already delivered his job & he accept invoice .
let me know I am very new in this platform

Good luck trying to get your money.
If the buyer isn't verified, you WON'T be paid. I have the same problem. Carried out work for a customer. Customer had already paid money into Escrow, left a 5 star review, but because he's not verified, PPH won't release the money. If I were you, I would stay well clear of PPH
