My WorkStream is Moderated

Hello, 

I have accepted a job, but I can't contact the my client because the workstream is moderated. 

And I got the message ".....money is not left stuck in the Escrow account we will automatically refund the money back to........Please bear in mind that your rankings may be affected by this refund."

What should I do ? Can you fix this?
