Why PPH is protecting the buyers more than the freelancers?
I have worked with a new buyer in PPH who was very happy with my delievery..
She asked for a lot of edits, So i provided her 4 revisions
She stopped responding to my messages after that and then she rejected my invoice, Saying she didnt like my delievery and i didnt deliever in time..
All that is proven in the workstream and PPH Team can obviously see that..When i created a dispute it was cancelled because the buyer didnt give clear information and feedbacks for the revisions..Although i provided her 4 revisions..
And a PPH customer support told me if another dispute is raised it will be only for the inscrow money..
So simply people ask for work and stop responding to freelancers and then freelancers lose their money?
