Document submission takes to process up to 7 working days?

This process can take up to 7 working days, and yet can fast track it within a day with $13?  It's insane.  Why making us wait 7 days when you can do it by a single day?  I'm newbee with PPH, but I'm very disappointed with this kind of service.   Just saying..Thanks.

  Yes, this is a new thing just introduced!  I too am frustrated with this.  PPH already takes a percentage of what I get paid, so why charge $13 when it was not something you charged for before! 
  
  I will be closing my PPH account for this and also for the rejection of my credit card document which you say is acceptable as proof of address.
