Refund not received
I was granted a refund of two payments on 26th October for an unintended offer purchase (#737105), but I have not received that refund in my 'payments' account.
I stated that I did not wish to have a featured offer on the site, but I have also been charged for 5 payments for the same featured offer since that date. This is very frustrating. I feel I have been misled into purchasing something I did not wish to due to a lack of information about what a 'featured offer' is, how much it costs and that it is on-going until you cancel it.
I would like to be receive the initial refund and a refund of all payments made for the featured offer from 26th October. I would like to also know what the payments were for if they were not for a 'featured offer'.
