I have sent an official ID, but the system is not allowing me to withdraw my money

I have sent my ID as a requirement to withdraw the money a few months ago, and even withdraw some money.  Now, the system indicates me that I need to send the document, as if it doesn't have it before.

Can you help me?

We have a company the Name of the company is NETZENS SOFTECH. and I want to attach my one bank details on many accounts let me know if  I can do that. I have tried much time but your team is not approving that. kindly let me know the solution asap.
