Unable to Withdraw: Identification Documents

To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents.

I have money from a job sat in my account, bills to pay and I am faced with the above. I have already had to put this client on hold as PPH spent ages trying to verify and approve my new bank account, which was completed a couple of weeks ago.

Yet again I am wasting time, when I should be getting paid, when (literally) the roof over my head depends on it!

There are no options available for me to provide more documents and I was assured when my account was (finally) sorted that it was all done.

The 'We'll get back to you within 24 hours' line is just not acceptable when it comes to this - I'd be happy if I could at least talk to a human directly about it and know it was being sorted, as it is I find myself considering whether I need to take legal advice instead.

My documents have been approved. But when i try to withdraw the money to my bank account, it is not processing and showing the same error of verify your identity through documents?
