Finished Work Payment Still in Escrow

A great day!

A client has placed a money in escrow when he accepted my proposal. However, I have already finished the work for the customer and yet the money is still in escrow. I have also released a voucher for the customer. But, still no action was taken.

Hoping for your kind assistance on this matter.
