Do not recommend a PRIVATE project
I have just wasted some time this morning trying to bid on a project that was listed among my "recommended" projects. I have read the description, downloaded a file, and then written a detailed proposal outlining two possible methods of completing the project. When I tried to open the online form to paste the proposal text into it, I was confronted with a message to say the project was private. On closer inspection there was a tiny padlock icon on the screen to indicate that it was private.
Having private projects that allow a buyer to invite a specific freelancer is great, but please hide them from everybody else. Don''t recommend that we bid on them if we can't.
