I have noticed a remarkable decline in quality projects, I am not the only one. HR skills are not appreciated over being say a designer. A designer is not an HR specialist, for example, write a staff handbook with pictures. Obviously the design has taken president over the content which is legal, so good luck with that one!!! Pretty pictures will not be the answer in event of a claim.
I still like the buyers part for quality professionals, but I do have to say that as a consultant the lack of quality jobs are going to effect PPH in the long term. It's a shame and I am not getting awarded many jobs even though I have an excellent skill set, this is a decline over 2 years.
What is PPH going to do about this rapid decline?
