Payment Account verification


 I don't have my name on recent electricity bill because the house is not owned by me . And also my bank account is new,I opened my bank account few months ago. How can i proceed with the verification? 

Second, I just completed the project and it's bid was in british pounds. My bank account is in Pak rupees which is linked with my payoneer account. Do i need to convert my currency on payment request form before withdrawing money?
