Refund fee
I had a seller start a job but who could not complete it. I made a payment towards work that was insufficiently complete and paid corresponding PPH fees. Now, when receiving a refund for the remaining amount, it looks as though I have been charged a significant refund fee for work that was cancelled by the seller. Please could you address this.

My seller Maggie did one product description out of the 50 Photographs i had provided and then disappeared. Now not responding to my messages so I am concerned about her Please review my communications with her and attempt to contact her so that I can know whether to get an alternative freelancer as the work has now become urgent. Thanks,
