Workstream blocked

Good afternoon, 

My proposal for a project was accepted today and I was sent the work to proofread. I agreed with the seller to complete the work by 7 or 8pm tonight, so I have been working on that to ensure it was completed on time.

Once complete, I have gone into the workstream to send the documents back to her, after clicking send on my message it shows she was refunded the escrow amount and the workstream is now blocked. However, I can see my message with the completed documents is now visible in the workstream.

I want to know:

Does she have access to the work I've completed for her, without paying me?

Why has this been blocked?

How do I get paid for the work that was completed?
